WHAT IS THE ROYAL HOLIDAY MEMBERSHIP?
Royal Holiday is a vacation club that provides access to a network of more than 1,000 destinations around the world through the purchase of a membership. Instead of buying a specific week at a resort, you receive holiday credits that you can use with much greater flexibility in terms of dates, destinations, and hotel styles.
HOW DO HOLIDAY CREDITS WORK?
Holiday credits serve as the currency of your membership. Every reservation has a specific cost in holiday credits. The amount of credits required may vary depending on the destination, travel season, and room type.
These credits can also be accumulated or transferred, and you may purchase additional credits if you need more in order to book a special vacation.
IN WHICH DESTINATIONS CAN I USE MY HOLIDAY CREDITS?
Royal Holiday has properties in more than 50 countries. Some of the most popular destinations include Cancun, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, Acapulco, the Dominican Republic, Orlando, Las Vegas, Miami, destinations in South America, Europe, and many more.
WHICH ARE THE MOST POPULAR BEACH DESTINATIONS IN MEXICO FOR ROYAL HOLIDAY MEMBERS?
Our members’ favorite destinations tend to be Cancun, Acapulco, Playa del Carmen, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlán, Huatulco, and Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo.
Each of these destinations offers a different type of experience. Cancun and Los Cabos are perfect for travelers interested in nightlife and luxury, Puerto Vallarta offers a more relaxing atmosphere with cultural experiences, and Huatulco is ideal for reconnecting with nature and taking a peaceful break.

CAN I USE MY MEMBERSHIP TO VISIT THEME PARKS LIKE DISNEY OR UNIVERSAL?
Yes. Although your membership does not include theme park admission tickets, you do have access to our exclusive travel agency, Royal Travel, where you can check pricing for tickets to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and other theme parks, as well as flights, transfers, and car rentals.
ARE THERE MOUNTAIN OR NATURE DESTINATIONS AVAILABLE?
Yes. Some of the options available include destinations such as Vail and Aspen in Colorado, Scottsdale in Arizona, or exploring Patagonia through destinations like Bariloche and El Calafate in Argentina.
DOES ROYAL HOLIDAY HAVE DESTINATIONS IN THE CARIBBEAN OUTSIDE OF MEXICO?
Yes. The Dominican Republic, especially Punta Cana, is one of our most popular Caribbean destinations. We also offer options in Puerto Rico and Aruba.
WHAT ARE THE IDEAL DESTINATIONS FOR FAMILY VACATIONS WITH KIDS?
Cancun, Acapulco, and Orlando are three of our most recommended destinations for families. If you are traveling with children, these hotels offer kids’ areas, pools, and activities designed for all ages.

HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
You can make reservations through the Royal Holiday website, the Royal Holiday booking app, or by directly calling our call center.
We recommend making reservations in advance, especially if you plan to travel during high travel seasons.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I MAKE MY RESERVATION?
If you are planning to travel during high season and visit high-demand destinations such as Cancun or Los Cabos, we recommend making your reservations at least six months in advance.
For lower travel seasons, making reservations one or two months ahead is usually enough.
