What makes it so memorable?
For starters, it has one million acres which include part of the Canada-United States border, and it is one of the places with the world’s largest biodiversity. It consists of 130 lakes, over 1,000 types of plants and beautiful animals like whales, moose, wolverines, mountain goats, grizzly bears and seals, which you can see resting on the ice after a good hunt for fresh fish.
The scenery is spectacular for its diversity and formations: caves, glaciers and snowy peaks. With a little luck, you’ll hear how the ice cracks and the sound echoes.
