Argentina is a beautiful and diverse country with breathtaking views, from incredible urban scenery to the great glaciers of the south and the colorful mountains of the north.

 

DAY 1-3: BUENOS AIRES: THE SILVER QUEEN

argentinaStart your adventure in the most European city of South America. Three days will give you enough time to explore the main neighborhoods and enjoy the vibrant culture.

This hotel has a prime location that will allow you to explore the beautiful Plaza San Martín, go shopping at the malls, and enjoy delicious food at different restaurants, as well as some of the most important attractions.

Start your trip by visiting Plaza de Mayo, the Casa Rosada, and the Metropolitan Cathedral. Take a picture in front of the Obelisk, and cross over to Puerto Madero, the most modern neighborhood in Buenos Aires.

On your second day, visit the neighborhood of La Boca in the morning, and in the afternoon, explore the bohemian neighborhood of San Telmo, famous for its antique market on Sundays. And, of course, to end your day in the best way, enjoy a tango show before returning to the hotel.

On your third day, enjoy the Recoleta neighborhood, visit the cemetery, walk along Alvear Avenue, and visit the National Museum of Fine Arts. When the sun sets, soak in the vibrant atmosphere of Palermo.

 

 

DAY 4-5: MENDOZA, THE LAND OF MALBEC

Take the time to participate in some wine tastings and tours of some of the greatest wineries in the area. Some of these tours also offer delicious lunches in the vineyards with a view of the Andes mountain range.

On your second day, visit Aconcagua Provincial Park, home to the highest peak in the Americas. This is a hike you can’t miss—the views and landscapes of the park are unforgettable.

 

 

DAY 6-7: SALTA AND JUJUY: THE CHARMS OF NORTHERN ARGENTINA

Take advantage of your trip to Argentina and discover the best wines of Mendoza.

The mountainous landscapes of northern Argentina offer an incredible contrast to the previous destinations. The traditional towns are full of colonial architecture and have a calm atmosphere with delicious gastronomy.

Visit the Archaeological Museum of High Mountain (MAAM), where the famous mummies of Llullaillaco are found. In the evening, hike to the top of San Bernardo Hill and enjoy the panoramic views. At night, experience the vibrant atmosphere of the city.

The next day, go on an excursion to the Quebrada de Humahuaca, a neighboring town of Jujuy. This beautiful location, recognized as a World Heritage Site, offers breathtaking views of the Hill of Seven Colors in Purmamarca.

 

 

DAY 8-9: EL CALAFATE, THE PATAGONIAN GLACIERS

The magnificent Perito Moreno Glacier is one of the world’s greatest natural wonders. You can admire it from walkways and balconies, or hire a tour that will take you on a boat ride to get closer to the towering ice walls.
On your second day, you can opt to hike on the glacier or take an excursion to Lago Argentino. You’ll have the chance to admire more glaciers and navigate through icebergs.

 

 

DAY 10: RETURN TO BUENOS AIRES
