Las Perlas Beach – It is located at kilometer 2.5 of Kukulkán Boulevard, just 1 kilometer from downtown Cancún, and it is surrounded by food and drink facilities. It is recommended to spend a pleasant family day, due to its calm waves. There are very well conditioned parking, showers and toilets services.
Playa Linda – Its waves are also calm, and water depth is shallow.
It is located at kilometer number 4 of the hotel zone (very close to downtown Cancún), and from its pier you can embark on an excursion to Isla Mujeres.
Langosta Beach – It is at kilometer number 5 of the hotel zone, just in front of the Bahía de Mujeres, and offers tour services for swimming with dolphins. From there you can also look upon the ferry that leaves the pier towards Isla Mujeres, or take a kayak ride. There is parking, and you can enjoy the Parque Langosta, which was opened recently.

Caracol Beach – This beach is one of the quietest to relax and get away from the fuss of the hotel zone; there is also a pier where you can walk while watching the blue-green landscape of the sea of Cancún. It is located at kilometer 8.5 of Kukulkán Boulevard.
Cancun: Beaches with greater waves
Gaviota Beach, or Fórum Beach – Here the waves are extreme, making it ideal for surfing or kitesurfing. It is located just behind the Plaza Fórum Shopping Center, at kilometer 9.5 of the hotel zone.
Chac Mool Beach – Located at kilometer number 10 of the hotel zone, this beach is located in an open sea area, and for that reason it is very popular within local and domestic tourists who like to practice water sports, as the waves are quite intense. There are lifeguards, parking, toilets and shower services.
Marlín Beach – It is located right behind Kukulkán Shopping Mall. There is parking, wooden benches and beach umbrellas. On this beach the waves are a bit more intense, so you can practice sports with your sky board.
Ballenas Beach – Located at kilometer 14 of the hotel zone, between Cancún Beach and Punta Nizuc, that’s also another alternative to spend an excellent day enjoying the sun and sand, or water sports. The currents are usually a bit strong because it is in an open sea area, so it is important to be careful when swimming.
Delfines Beach -It is at kilometer number 14 of the Cancún hotel zone. Here is the famous Cancún sign, which is a must for taking selfies. There are strong waves, and also has toilets and shower services.
